By accessing or using the Porch Doggs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. NFT Purchases
Porch Dogg NFTs are digital collectibles on the Ethereum blockchain. All NFT sales are final. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.
3. Digital Purchases
Digital art and merchandise purchases are processed through Stripe. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Intellectual Property
All Porch Doggs characters, artwork, and content are the intellectual property of the Porch Doggs team. NFT holders receive a personal, non-commercial license to display their owned NFTs.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with other users' access to the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Porch Doggs platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses resulting from blockchain transactions, wallet compromise, or service interruptions.
